Her defining role was in the 1953 comedy / romance, ROMAN HOLIDAY, where Audrey Hepburn played a young, runaway princess, opposite Gregory Peck. She won a Best Actress Oscar. Audrey Hepburn received Best Actress nominations for FUNNY FACE, NUN'S STORY, BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY'S, and WAIT UNTIL DARK. Her other notable films include MY FAIR LADY and LOVE IN THE AFTERNOON.
